This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and your rights. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We collect only what we need to process your booking.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or any automated decision-making.

4. Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR we rely on contract performance, processing is necessary to carry out the booking service you have requested (Article 6(1)(b)), and legal obligation to retain certain transaction records under UK law (Article 6(1)(c)).

5. Who we share your data with

We share the minimum necessary data with official ticket operators to fulfill your booking: the Ministry of Culture of Peru and the licensed rail and bus operators. Your passenger details are passed to these operators to issue your tickets. This involves transferring data outside the UK.

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. They handle all card data and are PCI DSS compliant. We never see or store your card number.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Complimentary eSIM fulfillment

For eligible bookings, we provide a complimentary travel eSIM. To issue and deliver the eSIM, we share the lead booker's name and email address, and only any additional contact information required for fulfillment, with our eSIM provider, currently Holafly.

The eSIM provider uses this information to issue the eSIM, send installation and activation instructions, and provide technical support.

We do not share passport numbers, dates of birth, payment card information or other ticketing information with the eSIM provider.

Our lawful basis for this processing is performance of the booking contract, because the complimentary eSIM forms part of the eligible booking package.

The provider may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with UK data-protection law. Please refer to the provider's privacy notice for further information.

7. How long we keep your data
